  • Bug Tracker – a SaaS product for managing software bugs and changes from a users perspective.
  • Cube CRM – a SaaS based product with a full suite of business tools for service based, start-ups to medium sized businesses.
  • Business Plan Generator – full business planning application with a wealth of start-up resources (UK only)

We’d like to wish everyone a happy new year for 2010. Here are a few updates from the team:

We’ve now settled in to our new offices at Boho One in Middlesbrough (See our contact page for a map), just near the train station. We’ve also got a new phone number 01642 688071, our 891088 number will be on divert for the next month or two then removed.

Positions for an experienced Developer as well as a Translator are currently available. Please view our jobs page or contact us if you are interested. We’re looking for self motivated people who have an interest with the web and upcoming technologies.

Nurvex Partner has been updated to a full web app, project submissions can be sent quickly using http://partner.nurvex.co.uk/ and paid for by debit/credit card. All current projects can be tracked and delivered via the http://my.nurvex.co.uk/ portal. The commulative %5 (capped at 15%) discounts have changed to a rolling 30 days rather than every month. We also have a pack we can send to you for more information on this service with an introductory 15% discount – contact us for this offer.

Our internal bug tracking tool for all BETA and live applications / systems can now be accessed via http://www.nurvex.co.uk/bugs/ your system bug link will have been updated, if you do not have one please contact us for BETA or Test user IDs. Bugs, changes, project management and billing is now managed via the http://my.nurvex.co.uk/ portal.

Hosting billing cycles have been updated and the yearly start date for all hosting accounts is now Jan 1st. There is also a pricing structure change for any custom web design/development as we move away from a fixed pricing structure to time based. Invoices from the 1st of Jan will include the VAT change to 17.5%.

All of our custom and standard product business management system installs on our SaaS licencing will be upgraded to version 2 of our framework, this includes iPod and mobile phone access, gears intergration, easier and better looking interface with a customisable configuration, standardised AJAX controls,on the fly Importing and Exporting and customisable reporting visual screens for use with mini-monitors (real time audit) or large display units (real time visual, mapping, graphical, statistical data).

Website v3 & Updates

We thought it was about time for a change on the design, so Will has produced this excelent design of our old one. We’ve added a bit more functionality too:

We’ve got a new project manager on board, Dave Sharp who will be managing all aspects of our projects from now on. But we’re still looking for talented PHP and C#/.Net programmers with Javascript/Ajax skills. So if you’re a graduate with an outside interest of these technologies or have a few years experience in these then please take a look at our jobs page.

We’ve also launched Nurvex Partner, a simple service for Graphic Design agencies for XHTML’ing up any of your PSDs. We can drop these into a basic template or most common content management systems, e-commerce systems, blogs including Dreamweaver Templates, ASP/SSI/PHP Include Templates, Email Templates, OpenCart, CubeCart, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Silverstripe and even our own Nurvex CMS/E-commerce platform.
